Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Seekiee hosted service at seekiee.darkiee.com (“the Service”), operated by Darkiee (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service — you’re always free to use the open-source Seekiee CLI instead, under its own MIT license.

The Service

Seekiee helps you evaluate job postings against your CV, generate tailored application material, scan company career pages, and track your job search. It is a tool that assists your judgment — it does not replace it.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Access during the early-access period is granted at our discretion and may be limited or waitlisted.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to submit applications you have not reviewed, or to misrepresent your experience — the Service is built to ground everything in your real CV, and you must not defeat that intent.
  • Use the Service to mass-apply, spam employers, or scrape job boards beyond the built-in portal scanner.
  • Attempt to circumvent AI credit limits, rate limits, or the early-access gate.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

AI-generated content

Evaluation scores, generated CVs, drafts, and research are produced by AI models and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you act on it — including before submitting any application, sending any message, or making any career decision. The Service is designed to never submit an application on your behalf; you always click Submit.

AI credits and plans

  • The Free plan includes a limited number of AI credits that renew weekly.
  • The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription with a higher monthly credit allowance and batch evaluation, billed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees.
  • Credit limits, feature availability, and pricing may change with reasonable notice; your data and existing account are never affected by a pricing change.
  • Portal scanning and application tracking do not consume AI credits.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

  • Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to Free.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload or create (CV, applications, notes, generated documents). You grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with other users.

Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly for third-party dependencies (AI providers, job boards, payment processing) outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darkiee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including hiring outcomes, missed applications, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of AI credits or the acceptable-use rules above. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
